CHILI SAUCE 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 red sweet pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. cooked tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 c. broth (may use 1/2 bouillon cube and 1/2 c. water)

Cook onion, peppers, and garlic in the oil until tender, stirring often. Add the salt, flour, and chili; mix well. Add broth and tomatoes; simmer until thick; stir occasionally.
