CHILI SAUCE 
18 ripe tomatoes
4 onions
3 red (sweet) peppers, green may be used
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. cinnamon, ground
1 tsp. cloves, ground
1 tsp. salt

Chop vegetables and mix with other ingredients. Boil 2 hours or until thick. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
