CHILI SAUCE 
2 qt. tomatoes, blanched & skinned
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped sweet pepper
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 sm. hot red pepper
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tbsp. whole mustard seed

Combine vegetables, salt, pepper and cook until mixture begins to thicken. Add vinegar and spices, cook until mixture becomes thick sauce. Pour into hot jars and seal.
