ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder

Combine oil, sugar and eggs. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well and pour in 9x13x2 inch baking dish or pan and bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes in floured and greased pan.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and cream cheese, blend in other ingredients and frost cooled cake.
