HOT "YUCK" 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 green pepper
1 can drained mushrooms (optional)
1/2 bag noodles
Shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onion in oil in large pot. Add canned tomatoes, paste, green pepper, and mushrooms. Heat until bubbly, approximately 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook noodles. Combine noodles with sauce. Add shredded cheese on top, and melt under broiler. Serves 4.
