ZITI CASSEROLE 
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. ziti
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 minced garlic clove
1 (15 3/4 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. red wine
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. sour cream

Cook ziti in boiling water 5 minutes. Drain. Saute ground beef and onion until browned. Add mushrooms and garlic. Cook 3 minutes. Add sauce, oregano, salt and pepper. Add ziti to mix. Pour into 13"x9" greased baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with sour cream.
