HOT DRIED BEEF DIP 
9 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. milk

3 tbsp. chopped onions
3 tbsp. chopped green peppers
2 1/2 to 3 oz. chopped dried beef (comes in jars)

Spread out mixture in glass or stainless steel pie pan and top with 1/3 cup walnuts. Heat 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Spread on crackers. (I use Triscuits.)
