1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 lb. dried beef
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 c. green pepper, finely diced
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together all ingredients and turn into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.
