PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 lb. ground round
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 tbsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. fennel seeds
1 (16 oz.) pkg. egg noodles or thin spaghetti
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, grated
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Grated Parmesan cheese

Brown meats in skillet; pour off excess fat. Add tomato sauce, paste, garlic, oregano, and fennel seeds; simmer 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook noodles according to the package directions. In a 9x13 pan layer noodles, meat, cheddar, and Mozzarella cheeses. Sprinkle top of casserole with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. (This can also be frozen.)
