SWEET AND SOUR VEGETABLES 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 c. onions (red if you have them), chopped fine
1 c. green & red bell peppers, chopped fine
1 can yellow or Shoe Peg corn
1 can English peas
1 can green beans

Mix sugar, apple cider vinegar, and vegetable oil in saucepan over low heat until dissolved. Then let cool. Chop celery, onions, and peppers. Mix together with all other ingredients and store in refrigerator at least overnight.
