SWEDISH GINGER COOKIES 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. sorghum
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves

Cream together butter, sugar, egg, and sorghum. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Roll into balls and dip in Swedish Porl sugar. Be sure the sugar is well out to edge of the ball before baking. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
