3 lb. beef round steak
2 tbsp. salad oil
3 tbsp. instant chopped onions
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Cut meat into serving pieces. In skillet brown meat in oil over medium heat. Remove meat to Dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour mixture over meat. Cover and bake 2 hours or until meat is tender.
