DINNER ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. hot water
1 egg
3 - 3 1/4 c. flour

Soften yeast in warm water. Mix sugar, salt and oil in hot water and cool to lukewarm. Stir in egg and yeast mix. Add 2 cups flour and beat well. Add rest of flour. Mix well and let rise to double in size. Knead down and pinch dough into small balls. Put in greased pan and let rise again. Bake about 30 minutes in 325 degree oven. These rolls freeze well and can be heated when ready to serve.
