KATHY'S STIR - FRY DINNER 
1 head of cabbage, cut up
1 big onion
Turkey ham, amt. to suit taste & appetite
1 tsp. salad oil

Stir-fry in large pan or skillet. Put salad oil in pan and cook cabbage and onion together until tender; stirring often. Add cut up meat for a few minutes until warm and tender.
