LEFTOVER FRY 
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. cider vinegar
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken, turkey, beef or pork
1 egg, lightly beaten
3 c. cold cooked rice
1 1/2 c. frozen peas

Combine first four ingredients in small bowl; set aside. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add green onions and garlic; stir-fry 1 minute. Add meat and egg; use fork to break up egg as it cooks. Add rice and soy sauce mixture; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes. Add frozen peas; stir-fry an additional minute or until heated through. Serve immediately. 6 servings.
