BLONDE BROWNIES 
2 2/3 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Sift together and set aside. Melt in large saucepan 2/3 cup butter. Add and blend well 1 pound light brown sugar. Let cool about 10 minutes. Beat in 3 eggs, one at a time. Add flour mixture and 1 cup chopped nuts. 1 package of chocolate chips can be added, if desired. Spread into greased 15x10x1 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
