CHOCOLATE MELTAWAYS 
1 reg. pkg. devils food cake mix
1/4 c. water
2 eggs
1/4 c. softened butter
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts (opt.)
White frosting or peanut butter topping
3 squares unsweetened chocolate

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine 1/2 of dry cake mix, water, eggs, butter, and brown sugar. Mix well. Add remaining mix and nuts. Spread in greased and floured jelly roll pan, 15 1/2" x 10" x 1". Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in pan. Next put on topping, either any white frosting or peanut butter topping (combine peanut butter, milk, vanilla and confectioners' sugar to a spreading consistency). Melt 3 squares (3 ounces) unsweetened chocolate. Spread over frosting. Chill. Be sure to cut into squares before chocolate firms.
