PINK LEMONADE SALAD | |
60 Ritz/Townhouse crackers 1 stick butter 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 lg. (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 (6 oz.) can pink lemonade Put 3/4 of first 3 ingredients mixed well into a 9 x 13 inch pan, reserving 1/4 cup for topping. Combine next 3 ingredients and mix well, beating until frothy (about 2 minutes). Spread over crumb mixture and sprinkle the reserved 1/4 cup crumbs over the top. |
