MIDWEST VEGETABLE CRUNCH SALAD 
2 c. broccoli flowerets
2 c. cauliflowerets
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 c. sliced zucchini
3/4 c. sliced green onion
1/2 c. California pitted ripe olives, sliced
1/4 c. sliced carrot
1 c. (8 oz.) Wishbone Italian dressing
1 jar (3 oz.) Hormel bacon bits

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except bacon. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight. Just before serving, toss with bacon. Makes about 8 servings.
