MIDWEST VEGETABLES CRUNCH SALAD 
2 c. broccoli florets
2 c. cauliflower florets
1 c. diced celery
1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 c. spiced zucchini
3/4 c. sliced green onion
1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
1/4 c. sliced carrots
1 c. (8 oz.) Wishbone Italian dressing
1 jar bacon bits

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except bacon bits. Cover and marinate in refrigerator turning occasionally for 4 hours or overnight. Just before serving, toss with bacon bits. Makes about 8 servings.

If salad lasts several days, add bacon bits as needed.
