BROCCOLI CRUNCH SALAD 
SALAD:

2 heads broccoli, cut in flowerets
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled (4 tbsp. for garnish)
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 sm. red onion

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/3 c. sugar

Combine salad ingredients. Store in refrigerator. Combine dressing ingredients, store in refrigerator. Toss just before serving, garnish with bacon. Can make ahead. Serves 8.

VARIATION: Raisins, salted sunflower seeds, nuts.
