1 c. uncooked rice
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can Hunt's sauce
2 c. water
2 tbsp. oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Put onion and rice in pot and brown in small amount of oil. Add sauce, water and seasoning. Cook until rice is done, about 1 hour and 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
