1 lb. hamburger 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, uncooked 1 can mushroom soup 1 can chicken gumbo soup 1 can chicken vegetable soup 1 1/2 cans water 3 shredded carrots 1/2 c. chopped celery Salt and pepper to taste Butter baking dish. Crumble raw hamburger on bottom. Add noodles, soup and water. Season. Add carrots and celery and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Do not stir. Top with 1 cup crushed potato chips and bake 15 minutes. |
