NANA'S PICCALILLI 
8 qt. green tomatoes (22)
6 green peppers
6 onions
1 c. salt
1 c. horseradish
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. cloves
1 tbsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. allspice

Chop tomatoes, peppers and onions very fine. Stir with salt; let mixture stand overnight. Rinse with water. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until tender. Add salt if needed.
