 Amy (Kansas) says:
I used this recipe...didn't use the baking soda and had absolutely NO problem with it. although it didn't "puff" like a snickerdoodle, which our family doesn't like; it didn't fall apart and was delicious and easy. I love that my kids can use this and make a really fast snack that they enjoy.

This recipe is pretty good, but I added 1 egg, 1/3 more sugar, and instead of butter I used coconut oil. And baking powder.

I made these and it's horrible. Them don't taste like cookies they feel like bread and have no sweet taste. I followed the recipe as it says.

This recipe was delicious. I ended up adding not 1 tsp. but 2 tsp. of vanilla and it gave them a lot of flavor.

This recipe was absolutely awful. Too much sugar. Use the recipe on the oatmeal box instead. Would not recommend.

I just added a tablespoons of water. I also diced up an apple and mixed it in. They came out great. Even my horse liked them.

Made bars instead of cookies. Melted butter first, added vanilla and chocolate chips. Baked longer than cookies. They are yummy and so easy to make!

I did a half batch and added 1 egg. Also had to do 15 minutes in my oven, but they came out great. I'll be making these again! Next time I plan to add cinnamon and raisins. Thanks for this simple, delicious recipe.

I made this recipe adding 2 eggs, 1/2 cup more flour, 1/2 cup chocolate chips and a handful of toasted big flake coconut, and 2 tbsp. water. Baked at 350°F for 12 minutes. Very good, took to cookie party, they were devoured.
