HOT BACON DRESSING 
2 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
2 to 3 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. water
Splash of milk
4 or 5 bacon
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry bacon crisp and chop up. Use part of bacon fat and mix with above ingredients. Cook to desired thickness, stirring frequently. Pour over lettuce or endive, cut into bite size and chopped onion to taste.
