SOFT TACO SHELLS 
2 c. flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 c. cold water

Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl. Then mix liquid ingredients together. Pour liquid into dry and mix thoroughly. Heat pan VERY hot (until water dances across pan). Then pour about 1/2 cup onto pan and spread with back of spoon in circular motion to make shell. It will dry quickly, then flip shell over and cook about 15 seconds.

FILLINGS:

Tomatoes
Cheese
Lettuce
Hamburger
Sauce
Onion
Black olives

Fill with your favorite things.
