SOFT-SHELL CHICKEN TACOS 
1 lb. ground chicken
1 small can tomato sauce
salt
pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
sprinkling of chili powder
1 pkg. soft taco shells

Garnish:

lettuce
chopped tomato
grated cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)

Cook ground chicken in non-stick pan. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 1/2 hour. Place serving in center of soft shell. Top with chopped tomatoes and lettuce. Roll. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Microwave short time, just to melt cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
