CAROLINA VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP | |
1 lb. ground beef, browned, salted and peppered 1 large jar tomato juice 2 cans tomato soup 1 can beef broth 1 soup can water 2 cans white corn, drained 1 can peas, drained 1 tbsp. Worcestershire 1 tsp. hot sauce half bag red potatoes, peeled and chopped Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven. Simmer for at least 2 hours.
