CHICKEN POT PIE MY WAY | |
2 chicken breasts 1 onion, diced 4 cups chicken broth 1/2 cup milk 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour Garlic powder, season salt to taste 1 can green beans 1 can whole kernel corn 2 medium potatoes diced 1 can biscuits Chop and cook your chicken breasts til browned. Add onions, chicken broth, milk, seasonings and flour. Cook on medium heat until thick. In seperately pan fry diced potatoes until soft. In 9x13-inch pan layer potatoes, corn, green beans, and chicken mix. Take can of biscuits and spread out on top of pan and bake until biscuits are done. Submitted by: Katherine Bailey |
