SEAFOOD SAUCE 
6 tbsp. melted butter
6 tbsp. flour
Fish stock (3 c.)
Salt and pepper
1/3 c. chopped shrimp
1/3 c. crabmeat

Combine butter and flour in saucepan. Blend until smooth. Cook 2-3 minutes. Heat 3 cups fish stock and gradually add flour mixture until thick. Add other ingredients, fish meats, salt and pepper. Makes 3 cups.
