SEAFOOD SPAGHETTI SAUCE | |
In 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil saute 3 small zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch, about 1/2-1 cup chopped onion, 1 mashed garlic clove or powdered about 5 minutes. Add 1 jar (14 ounce, 1 pound) Marinara sauce, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, 1 1/2 pounds shrimp, cleaned. Cook about 5-6 minutes. Add 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can white clam sauce. Cook about 2-3 minutes. Serve with linguini. |
