SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. hot sausage
3 c. Bisquick
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Let the sausage set out at room temperature to soften. Mix in cheese and Bisquick. (Do not cut back on Bisquick; you get sausage patties.) Roll mixture into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Balls can be frozen before baking and taken out of freezer as needed.
