SAUSAGE STUFFING BALLS 
1 lb. sage sausage, cut into cubes
1 chopped onion
1 pkg. stuffing mix
1 tbsp. oregano
2 chopped celery stalks
1 loaf bread, cut into cubes
1 stick butter, cut into cubes

Hand mix in a bowl well. Form balls the size of a golf ball and place into a baking pan.

Bake at 325°F.

Bake until sausage is cooked.
