SYLVIE'S FAST & EASY PORK CHOPS
This is my ultimate I-have-other-things-to-do recipe. Everyone I've given it to has absolutely loved it, and it's actually also great if you have company coming over but have other things to do before anyone gets there.

boneless pork chops (enough for the family, count at least 2 per grown-up)
1 or 2 cans of tomato juice (depending how many pork chops you have)
2 or 3 oranges (or orange juice)

Empty a can of tomato soup into a large rectangular baking dish.

Bury your pork chops (frozen or not) into the tomato juice.

Squeeze the juice of about 3 oranges into your dish.

Cover with tin foil.

Bake slow at about 250°F for about 3 or 4 hours... time enough to get all the shopping done, the kids homework done, and still sit down for a wonderful supper! You'll be surprised how tender they are!

Serve with mashed potatoes and a salad, or pasta.
