SCALLOPED POTATOES 
3 c. sliced potatoes
1 med. onion, diced
3/4 c. powdered non dairy creamer
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. butter

Mix creamer, flour, salt, pepper, cheese and onion. Use 2 quart casserole. Layer potato slices and above mixture alternately. Dot with butter. Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over all. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
