ORANGE BEETS 
2 c. sliced beets, cooked fresh or canned with liquid
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. orange marmalade
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind

Mix beet juice with cornstarch. Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Heat to boiling, stir constantly until mixture thickens. Reduce heat, simmer until beets are heated.
