1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles 4 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 tsp. sugar 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (16 oz.) container pineapple cottage cheese 3/4 c. melted butter 1 tsp. cinnamon Boil noodles in salted water. Rinse with cold water and drain. Mix eggs, sugar, salt and cottage cheese, sour cream and butter until smooth. Pour over noodles. Fold in crushed pineapple. Pour into a buttered 9"x13" pan. Mix together sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cut into squares. Serve chilled. |
