KUGEL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked, drained and rinsed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk, scalded
1 stick butter
8 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
Raisins

Scald milk (may be done in the microwave). Mix cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, butter and sugar in food processor. Add milk to cooked, drained noodles, then add cheese mixture. Stir in pineapple and raisins, mixing well.

Pour mixture into 9x13 inch buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve hot or cold. May be topped with brown sugar, cinnamon and/or crunchy cereal. Freezes well.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
