CHERRY CHEESE CUPCAKES 
1 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs

Put 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake paper in muffin pan. Mixing bowl blend 1 cup sugar, eggs, and cream cheese; mix together. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Cool; put cherry pie filling on top. Put in refrigerator. Makes 18-22.
