1 lb. cream cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers

Cream all ingredients together. Line muffin tins with cupcake liners. Place a vanilla wafer into each one, and fill with creamed mixture 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Makes 18. Top with cherry pie filling.
