CREAMED CORN CASSEROLE 
1 c. Jiffy corn meal muffin mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 cans cream-style corn
Cheddar cheese, grated

Mix first five ingredients together. Cover with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
