CREAMY SCRAMBLED EGGS | |
2 dozen eggs 1 c. half-and-half or light cream 2 tbsp. butter, melted or grease 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 9 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 c. drained mushrooms, chopped 2 cans cream of mushroom soup Mix eggs and cream. Scramble in butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350°F approximately one hour or until solid (like scrambled eggs). This can be refrigerated, uncooked, overnight and baked in the morning. |
