CHICKEN MACARONI CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
Best when prepared a day ahead!

2 c. cooked chicken
1 onion, diced
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar pimentos
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, uncooked

Mix all ingredients together in a 13x9-inch pan, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake, covered, at 350°F for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes more.
