POTLUCK CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sliced cooked carrots
1 1/2 c. peas, cooked
1 lg. bag stuffing mix
Cranberry sauce

Boil chicken and cut in chunks. Combine with all ingredients, but stuffing. Prepare stuffing as directed and spread over casserole. Cook at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
