POTLUCK SUPPER CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. ground beef 2 cans mushroom soup 1 can vegetable-beef soup 1 c. chopped celery 1 can mushroom pieces 1 lg. onion, chopped 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1/3 c. chopped green pepper 1 can water chestnuts, sliced 4 c. chow mein noodles (Other favorite herbs or seasonings may be added as desired.) Brown meat and onion. Cook green pepper and celery for 5 minutes. Add to meat. Combine undiluted soups and heat. Add water chestnuts and mushrooms. Mix with meat. Add noodles. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. |
