POTLUCK CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sliced carrots, drained
1 can sweet peas, drained
1 pkg. lg. stuffing mix
1 can whole cranberry sauce

Boil chicken and bone. Combine first six ingredients in a casserole dish.

Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, add extra sage if desired. Spread stuffing mixture over mixture in casserole dish. Spread cranberry sauce over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes until bubbly.

This can be made up in advance without cooking. Just refrigerate until ready to bake and serve.
