POTLUCK CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream corn
1 can whole corn, drained
2 eggs
1 stick butter, cut up
1 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix together ingredients above and place in a greased large casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
