FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1 lb. fettucini
1/2 c. butter, melted
2/3 c. sour cream
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
1 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash white pepper

Cook fettucini according to package. While fettucini cooks, heat butter and sour cream in small saucepan until butter melts. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Keep warm over low heat. Drain fettucini, return fettucini, return to pan. Pour sauce over noodles. Toss gently until noodles are well coated. Serve. 4-6 servings.
