CHICKEN 'N FRUIT SALAD 
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. toasted, slivered almonds
1 c. cut up celery
1 c. seedless white grapes
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Combine oil, orange juice, vinegar and salt. Add chicken and marinate 10 to 15 minutes. Combine mandarin oranges, pineapple, grapes, almonds and celery. Add to chicken. Fold in the mayo. Chill several hours. Serves 6.
